Yes this is true LOL, I can understand how some get upset.

We have seen other applicants in a similar situation and have sent in their new and improved letter and the application has been a success.

The problem the VO identified was the fact the T4 showed ONLY $6,300 earnings when his annual salary was supposed to be $40,000.

Well ... Frankly I dont mind people being harsh .. its better to understand u screwed up than to not realize.

And I started my job in Nov 2011 my t4 for 2012 only depicts the first 2 months of work. as I applied in December 2012, I think the visa officer didnt understand that clearly

Do you mind stating the 2012's t4 total amount ?

I dont have it in front of me, I have sent my most recent T4 for 2013 along with the updated letter yesterday. so good luck to me. this wait is crazy. most december applicants have got their MR too

But

Your app is at a stand still because they obviously don't like that first very generic ref letter.

Let's hope your new letter will move your app in a more positive direction !

hey man, what happened in your case? I have the same case now. I got my AOR in MArch 2014. I was wondering what happened to you after submitting additional documents?
