hi.. could you pls let us know if you've got ITA under CEC? with or without pnp/job offer? this will clear the air whether ITAs are being sent for those without pnp nomination or LMIA jobs..

yea i got ita under cec with a valid job offer

Thanks for the reply...I was just reading some posts that CIC didn't even update that they reached the cap...wow..Just feel sorry for some of my friends they must have recieved their file back too... :(
