Got my BOWP approved without submitting AOR

Hello everyone,
If someone can enlighten me with my stressful condition, I will appreciate.
My PGWP expires on Feb 28 and my application for CEC was received on Jan 15. Currently i am unemployed. Is it ok to apply for BOWP online even if i find out that the payment is processed from my cc on February 27?

- Closed work permit (Young Professional) expires Feb 15, 2014
- We haven't received the AOR yet
I have a contract with a new company and they are going to wait for me until Feb 30 because I know that I'm going to get my OWP around that time. I can't send my OWP application by mail(because by mail the process takes more time), but if I send it by email, I'm afraid they see it before my AOR is approved. Should I send my OWP application just before my closed WP expires by email? What would you do? :-\

As your wp expires on 15 wait till that date and see if your receive the AOR.
if you don't receive by 15 evening, apply for BOWP online and mention the same in the cover letter,so that you don't loose the status. But be prepare to with all the documents and photographs and just ready to click submitt on 15 the evening.
Hopefully You should be receiving the AOR by 15, but just be prepared. Fingers crossed.

I applied for BOWP in a hurry to be on implied status due to personal emergency (medical situation). But i didnt quote that in BOWP cover letter rather stated only about interest to stay beyond 31st Jan (WP expiry date).
I am suprised by their statement that i dint meet the 4 months expiry situation, which i did.

Again, you were probably refused because the AOR had not been issued when they processed your application. It's the main reason why people applying for a BOWP without an AOR, (a) apply just before their WPs are about to expire, and (b) apply by post.
A few people have been refused with those two reasons - one, that your work permit has more than four months to go, and two, that you have not provided evidence of a positive eligibility decision - even in cases where only one of those reasons is justified.

Do you have AOR? If You have it you apply with the hard copy and email that they have sent you, never mention LMO it will have a negative effect on your BOWP.

Since you are back home check the expiry date of your passport extend it for at least 5 years.
Get a job letter if you were working already before you left. Apply for restoration of status(owp), explain them what happened and you had to leave work and country.
If they reject issuing a owp, then try tourist. They will give you probably 10 years as of Feb2014, come back to Canada. Then find job to create LMO apply for close work permit.
Thats what i would do.

If you have not the letter will probably arrive to your canadian address in 3-4 bussiness days. Do not apply for address change for now. Get the letter mail of AOR sent to you as soon as it arrives. While you are applying for restoration of your temp resident visa and owp use that letter also. Since you ars back in your country if you have not submit your police declaration from the country of origin. Get that to come back to canada. Continue your pr process.
