Got My Application Back from CIC mississauga office - Outland HongKong -Help!!!

Got my files back, it says I am missing IMM1344

However I doubled check the checklist of Hongkong outland application, it did not say it requires it.

What is wrong? What should I do?

IMM1344 is one of the required sponsor forms. The country-specific guides are telling the applicant what to include, and then say to send all this to the sponsor. The sponsor has to include the sponsor forms.

So fill out IMM1344, add it to the application, and send it back in. Check to see if you have missed any other forms. The list for outland is here on the CIC website:

I tripped checked through the HK guide and I did't see IMM1344. that is so weird

Is there a checklist of general mandatory forms I can compare? I am worried I got rejected again!

The Hong Kong guide lists the forms the applicant needs. Then it says to send these forms and the other documents to the sponsor. The sponsor has to put all this together with the sponsor forms. IMM1344 is not listed in the Hong Kong guide because it is a form for you, the sponsor. The link I posted above should go to this page. You have to send in:

There are some overlapping between the immigration forms and the guide for HK right?

Yes. Everything is all sent together in one application, so you don't have to send duplicates, if something is listed in more than one place.
