i got my AINP file number eventhough my work permit is over and iam in my implied status this is surprising to me and waiting for my spouse open work permit to be approved by CIC

Hi congratulations u are really lucky... My situation is same I am dependent on my husband and he applied for AINP in december,2013 our work permit is expiring on 27th december 2015 and this year's nomination are over. We applied for work permit extension so we will be on implied status and no chance of LMIA as his employer is not ready for it. What are the chances that our AINP file will be still processed till we are on implied status??? I know the way things are going very very less chance without LMIA!!!
