Below are my GCMS notes comments 3rd one , comments are preety much the same in all 3... just want to know what can i do about ... from the notes i can see application was opened on September 29 2014 when the comments are made..don't see any changes after..i have submitted clarification letter for salary difference after getting notes ... also submitted latest offer letter with job responsibilities dated Aug 2014 ( not employement letter ) ..want to cover any corrections which i should be doing before it goes to final decision..I have also done my unfront medicals which is acknwoledeged as received in notes ... need help..what should i do .. one more thing my application status is 'Application received' on ECAS

LOE / supporting document do not appear to match lead statement and / or a substantial number of main duties under NOC Code selected. A T4 from 2013 shows reported earnings of (XYZ) . Letter does NOT provide information regarding applicants duties and functions within the company . No letter of reference received . PA submitted other evidences.
PA Submitted - Pay stubs , Language - IELTS submitted - Applicant meets benchmark for work expereience at this skill level . CRIMINALITY - No reportable Trace. Al PCC's are received and seems to be no A36 evidence Recommendation : Review Required by officer
