Got msg passport has been released but did not get ny email,does it mean refusal

Reason they give is not always justified..
In my case its:-
1. length of proposed stay in Canada.
2. Purpose of visit.
3. limited employment prospectus in your country of residence.
4. your current employment situation
5. your personal asset and financial status

I suspect most likely your case is rejected on the basis of point number 5. Did you show any financial documents like ITR except first year fees and GIC?
 
I think it is because of nearly four year work experience and now you opted for a research based program. Well, I'm also expecting the same result as I've the same profile except the work experience.

I dont knw camani why they have given refusal. Inspite of the reasons I mentioned above for my refusal they have also given one more reason and they have given this reason separately that

YOU HAVE FAILED TO DEMONSTRATE THAT YOU ARE ESTABLISHED TO A DEGREE THAT WILL COMPEL YOUR RETURN AND YOUR UNIVERSITY MARKS DO NOT LEAD ME TO BELIEVE YOU WILL BE A SUCCESSFUL STUDENT IN CANADA THEREFORE YOU DO NOT COMPLY WITH R179.

I dont knw what the shit he has written I have seen my frnds who have backlogs and percentage much less than me have got visas earlier.

CHC is doing blunder on blunder.

They are not checking ours visa files, they just carry on giving refusals without even going through the file.
All the people I have talked and my consultant are amazed to hear my rejection. According to them my visa cannot be rejected on any cost coz my profile is very good. My course is research based university course. Not an issue with funding as I'd paid 1 yr tution fee and GIC. Still they gave me rejection with the reason mentioned that my university marks are not good I will not be a good student in CANADA( I am having a 72.90% with distinction i.e. without any backlog, what else they need?).

And this is the biggest blunder of CHC. Today one another student of my consultant got passport. In his passport visa is stamped but is having a rejection letter of some other student. This simply shows what CHC is doing with our files.

I request my frnds those who have any idea how to get CAIP notes kindly tell me.

Twentyone, ankur, parteek, camani, sksincanada guys if u have any idea of getting CAIP notes plz tell me.

Through which consultancy did you apply ? And did you submit via VFS or Online ?
