If you got LAA once you log in you have to submit full application and upload your document. the web page changes from the usual EOI profile.

I have submitted an MPNP full application under the regular stream this January. I just now created an EE profile. Could I update my EE profile with MPNP nomination certificate once I received it to get the +600 points on my EE profile?

Hello Kabayan! Regular stream means paperbased right? What I know is that, you should've indicated your EE details in your EOI before receiving LAA. I believe they will give you instructions on how to submit your full application. Check your letter because they indicate if it is valid for EE or not. (I know some who were drawn in regular stream but given the choice if they want to proceed with EE)

From your situation, it seems that you have created your EE profile just now so I don't think you will be able to go under the EE stream since you were ALREADY drawn under the regular stream and HAVE SUBMITTED your full application. For your peace of mind, you can try asking MPNP by sending them an email. Good luck!

In the history of MPNP draws for Skilled Worker Overseas (SWO), it has never gone down to 400s. The lowest ever drawn was 519. At this rate, you'll have a better chance if your score is at least at 500++
