My cousin (spouse's Sister) lived continuously in Manitoba for 5 yrs, later she moved to Ontario.
Now they are living in Manitoba from November-2017.

Since they already lived over there for 5 yrs and started living again from last 8 months, will it create any negative impact If I go for MPNP??
They are ready to provide Social Insurance Number, PR card etc. What kind of documentation they may need to provide while SP2??

But the condition for MPNP is the relative who is going to support 'must have been living in Manitoba continuously at least for 1 year'.

You seem to know the answer to your question.

hi, whats your timeline? have you receive your nomination now?

As of july 20, my status is assessment pending. How about you?

HI, I am from draw 47, as of now I am still completing my documents to be submitted. When did you submit your documents? are they proicessing quick? Did they perform interview with your sponsor , for you as the applicant and your spouse?

Dear all,
My EOI score is 588 and i have 3+ years of work experience in noc 1434(Not in demand list under banking segment but it is closely related). Have my close relative in manitoba and CLB 7. Is there any chances of getting LAA with the noc code 1434??
I dont fall under MPNP EE substream because my noc code is in skill C.

You have a very good chance, but your job should be in their "in demand list".

Thanks for replying.
Is that you mean i should keep no hope of getting a LAA with this noc code??
If it is the case i should withdraw my EOI right??

Hi All,

For settling funds, do we just need to provide bank details with the amount needed or can we include a property (land title) to it?

Appreciate your response.

Submit copies of bank statements and certificates of deposit demonstrating a clear financial history of sufficient and transferable settlement funds (liquid assets) in your name and/or the name of your spouse or common-law partner, and, if applicable:

  • copies of securities and other investments
  • proof of ownership of real estate including a current market price evaluation, or other assets (not including personal items such as jewelry, furniture or vehicles) owned by the applicant or spouse, with objective fair market value evaluation
If there are currency controls in your country of residence, the MPNP may require proof of transferability.

Note:
Applicants who provide an Express Entry profile and verification code must also provide a copy of your financial documents demonstrating that you have sufficient funds to meet LICO requirements.

That's from the mpnp website. Hope it helps!

My status changed to assessment in process today, 4 months after my application. Hoping for the best.

Thanks but it's still not clear, we have 2 land property under our name that more or less cost CAD25,000, but for the bank statement, we can only provide CAD13,000 but we need CAD19,000+ based on the requirements. Will that suffice?
