Got Medical, is ECAS status will be changed from In Process to Medical Sent

I Got Medical froms from CIC, is ECAS status will be changed from In Process to Medical Sent

My status is still In Process, please share your experiences

I sent medical 3rd December, 2009......... ECAS still remaining same...."IN PROCESS"

Generally it remains in-process even after sending medical results,after getting passport and landng fee at last status is changed to decision made (acceptance/refusal for final visa)
