Dear All,

One of my relatives got medical request but CIC put a weird condition to submit another IELTS.
They gave just 45 days to submit new IELTS along with medical, he is worried that if he could n't compel desired score then what will happen? when 45 days will start? at issuing letter date or receiving letter date? what will be the possible outcome, suppose he can n't reach before expiry date?

Regards

Ken

Ken,

Atleast they got the MR! For the IELTS, what were the scores when s/he submitted earlier? Whats the NOC? and Which VO?

Incase dates for IELTS not availlable - book the first one available, complete the medical tests and reply to VO explaining the date crunch.

Regards,

J

Hello Ken,

You desperately need advice but your question is not straight? Is it you or your cousin that is involved? Whoever is involved, all you need to do is book, and attend the medical and whilst doing that, check in the UK cities for the nearest date for any IELTS, and then enroll. Meanwhile, if you know the initials of the VO who signed the letter that accompanied the Medical Request, quickly send a mail after you must have finished your email explaining that the result of the IELTS may or may not reach their offices within the required 45 days as you have to reit for another IELTS exam, and with the logistics involved, how quick the result will come out is out of your control.

Or if you have a copy of your old result, send it to them, or contact the center where you sat for the exam by phone, and pay for extra copy of your result and ask them to forward it to CIC Office London.

The choice is yours. Good luck, and never fail to keep them informed by letter of steps you are taking. Canadian Immigration Officers can be very lousy at times.
