Today i received the medical request and the right of permanent residence fee by mail from Buffalo.

Good, so they do not need any additional documents from you which means that they are satisfied with what you have sent.

For the address change, if your mailing address got changed, you need to change the address as soon as possible not to miss any correspondence with them in the future.

Regarding the employer, it is better to update them as soon as possible, to avoid any delays that might happen to your application if they contact your employer.

If everything is fine with your documents, count alomst 1 week to 10 days (god willing) and you will get the medical forms in your mail box.

actully thing is that my new employer want to wait for 3 months(out which 2months completed) to give a reference letter as you know they need , from employer side, as per as address thing i got canadian laywer(he is very fussy) i got everthing on time.so what do u sugesst ?

Also, I m in US, filed together with spouse, she is in my home country ..... How this work?

it means ur case is in final stages ,they r processing it right niw chking all refrences etc when they satisfied they will ask medical and RPRF for other thing i dont have much idea plz ask doglover or qorax they experts

Regarding the employer, wait for more one month, and as soon as you get new reference lettre from him send it to Buffalo along with an explanation letter.

Regarding the address, i did not understand, do you mean that you changed your address to the new lawyer address ? if yes, you or him has to inform Buffalo as soon as possible.

They are going to (process your application) verify the documents, count your points,...and so forth.

In respect to your wife, she can do her medicals in your home country where she is living right now, so you will have to send her the medical forms and after you both are done, send an explanation letter to Buffalo specifying the details about that situation with a proof that you both have done the medicals.
