Hi

I applied for PR through PNP in October 2013. My medical was received in December 2013. In March 2014 my application status changed from "Application received" to "in process".
After I got married, I sent additional documents to the CIC in April 2014. I was asked for marriage questionnaire which I sent in July 2014.
From July the status shows that "Application received".
I don't know why it went back one step.

Do you guys have the similar issue?

Hi N_Rockstar2014,

Nothing to worry with your case. It's very normal that once we add additional family member to the existing application, the ECAS status goes back to "Application Received" status which is nothing wrong. Because it has happened in my case as well...but in my case we have added our new born baby to the application...in your case it's your spouse. So, just be patient and you will receive medical request for your spouse.

Good luck.

Thanks,
Sarayu.
