PCC can be sent later...just let them know that you would be sending it as soon as it is available. They would understand.
Minimum needed is: Updated Forms (Perm App, Schedule 1 for spouse, Background Info for spouse, your own updated background info form updated with spouse info), Payment, Educational Transcripts and Marriage Certificate. School certificates are not needed. Only college onwards.

Send them above doc at the earliest possible.

I would like to know if the spouse is not a college graduate, do you think the sponsorship will be denied? Please let me know.Thanks.

@ deba_avik

we already have filled in the Background/declaration, Supplementary Info, Additional info. Do we really need to submit it again?:-/ I thought if we are both applying for visa as common-law partners, once we get married we would only need to update the VO then send the marriage certificate? I didnt know there's still a lot to submit again

I see......then no need to submit those again. Only marriage certificate should serve the purpose. Write also a cover letter describing the fact that you have already submitted the required forms and docs. Your marriage photograph can be attached.

Any other person that has passed thru this process, pls share your experience & pls confirm if It increases the processing time substantially.

If you are in process withough medicals, than the time will increase by around 1 BFD (anything from 1 to 4 months), If you are not in process than I don't think there will be significant increase in processing time.
