Got married! :-) Is additional $550 needed for my spouse?

I applied as an FSW applicant under the Simplified Rules in April, 2008, to the Visa Office in Singapore. At that time, I was unmarried. Currently, my application is in Sydney, NS, where my eligibility is being assessed. I got married in December, 2008. Suppose my applicant passes the eligibility assessment. Then what happens? If they ask me for an update of my conditions, do I update my application and pay additional $550 since now I am married?
