Got married as a international student after applying study visa

Pls help!!!!
I applied my study visa on april 1 2021 and got married on april 22 2021 but i didnt inform ircc abt this...i landed in canada on september 17th 2022
can someone help me whether my spouse is eligible for a open work permit and shpuld i informed earlier to ircc or will it create any problem

You were required to inform IRCC that you were married and committed misrepresentation. You must contact IRCC ASAP and correct your error. Once you correct your error your spouse can attempt to get an OWP but getting married right after applying for your study permit and not updating your status can create concerns about the validity of your marriage.

but my marriage got registered only on august 5th becoz of covid lockdown...and i was not sure how to inform ircc abt this....since no proof for almost 2.5 months will they revoke my study visa and deport me from canada..

yes but am not sure of how i should infrom them and also i deferred my college from may to sep intake due to visa delayed but i got stamped only for 8 months i should anyways vist ircc in canada to extend my study visa can i inform them that time and provide documents pls help my marriage got registered only on august 5th and i got certificate only on august 20th in my hand by that time my passport already got stamped and came back to me

You entered Canada a month after you had your certificate and even then have not changed your status. You must change your status ASAP. You will have issues when applying for SOWP because your permit was approved as a single and you have had months to inform IRCC. IRCC may not believe your marriage is genuine.
