Hey guys , i just visited my home country and got married two weeks ago and i got a medical request from cic three days ago, what should i do ? Should i just go ahead with the medical from my home country and say i am married when i get request to pay PR fee or should i inform them now ?

Inform CIC now, go ahead and to the medical, and you might as well get your spouse's medical done too.

Thanks . If i get his medical done same time as mine what else would i need to submit ?

once both completed the medicals , send your medical report to cic .
For you spouse , they will revert you with the list of documents they need along a new generic application form. Then send the medicals and all other requested documents

I got RPRF also, I am thinking to pay for both myself and spouse and also submit both medical. I will also write to cic and inform tthem of address change.. please adive if i should do anything different. Another question , if CIC do not send COPR out side of Canada how will i get it, should i go back to canada ?

Just make sure you inform CIC of your marriage BEFORE submitting anything for your spouse, so that CIC has something to link it to.

??? Why do you think CIC would not send a COPR outside of Canada??? Of course they do, all the time. It's only the PR card (after you land) that requires a Canadian mailing address (can be friend, family member...)
