Hi, My Name is Sumit and I am from Bangladesh. My VISA was Stamped on 26th June 2019 and I got married on 23rd October 2019. My last day of VISA expire is 15th May 2020. My Que is, Should I inform CIC now? Please advice me with your expert opinion.

You should have waited to land before getting married. You will have to inform CIC and I forsee it may lead to the cancellation of your visa. This is because CIC will have to request your spouse to undergo medical examination.

Assuming you mean your PR app was approved and you have not yet landed as a PR, you are legally required to inform IRCC of your marriage. Your current visa/COPR will be recalled and you will have to add your spouse to your application.

Thanks a lot for your valuable feedback. I am bit worried by the word "Cancellation of Visa". What does that mean? CIC going to cancel my application? Do i need to start from the scratch? :(

No, you will not need to start afresh, nor will you application be cancelled. Instead, your application will be re-opened so that CIC can include your wife in the application. It will just extend your waiting time as a new CoPR will be issued as well as a visa.
