got mail from chc that my visa has been approved

I am Vadodara (gujarat) India
SAme case here the copy they have send is of some other guy i contact to vfs they said to email to chc i have mail them yesterday but no reply yet and i think we should print out from the soft copy that chc has been send through email what you say

i have same difference but i know the ans i think
the document no. v recive on PP is TRV visa no.
and the letter is of Study permit v have not reive study permit yet.

I have noticed that too.
The doc no. in my visa & the CHC letter are different.
All other details are same.
Are you sure about it??

i m not 100%sure. Chc letter is for study permit and visa on our passport is TRV.

I have already given IELTS exam and got 5.5 overall bands, i have applied for the admission to Dalhousie universty, Can I get admission on this score. or I have to go for retest.
