got Letter of acceptance from centennial..need help urgently

I got offer letter for 1 year fast-track program in computer system technician-networking. Should i apply for visa now?? What are the chances of visa acceptance?? i have b.tech in computers. IELTS overall 7

I completed Bachelors in Computer Science and Engineering ( INDIA ) - (2005 - 2009)

I worked as a Software Programmer ( INDIA ) - (2010 - March 2014 )

I have offer letter for Centennial - 3424(Computer Systems Technician - Networking), I have done BCA from India with Second class degree, 10th - 57%, 12th[Commerce with maths(passing marks in maths though) - 58%]
Catch is I was absent for my univeristy exams in 1st and 5th semesters, which resulted in re-exam and 1 year gap for the degree, meanwhile I did a job not related to my field for that 1 year period in a Non profit org.

What are chances of my Visa getting approved ?!

Do I need to emphasize on any specific topic about in my SOP ?!

I dont have any family member over there, I have never travelled anywhere out of my country !

Vasa given that you already have a masters in CS from the US I think it will be hard to convince that you need another degree you already have. I would try to explain how a new masters will increase your knowledge and career opportunities. You would have a better chance getting a visa for a PhD program.

Your chances for approval are less. You have already done your Master TBH you will be rejected based on the study and job experience. If you really want to immigrate to Canada you can apply for EE or can choose PHD for study permit.
Don't go for Masters again you will be rejected and then have to mention your rejection every time when you apply for immigration.
