Got ITA without LMIA or PNP with 448 points

this post is very misleading.. i thought you've got your ita on reading your title but you're saying 'that's what you wish'

Yes, and not just any employee. he's the Cheif Spokesperson of CIC talking to the press and mass media about EE.
 
Right so it looks like it's a waiting game for those of us on less than 600 points. Which is somewhat encouraging but is also going to cause huge problems for people coming to the end of their current visas
 
I think, even if they keep on making a min of 779 draws all the time, every week...

Within a couple weeks only, you'll see them coming to 550 or less!
 
I seriously don't think there would be even a 1000 people between 550 and 750 !
 
Good point the_lion, also I hope to see them dramatically increase the number of ITA's they issue with each draw, they wont come anywhere close to the stated targets for 2015 unless they do so
