GOT ITA TO APPLY UNDER CEC WITH NO CANADIAN WORK EXPERIENCE

Hello Everyone,
Congrats to all those that received ITAs! I got mine yesterday but the issue is I don't have up to 1 year Canadian work experience and in my EE profile I was assigned 0 for the canadian work experience. Although under work history i made an error my selecting "Not a full time student" for a co-op job I had between May 2013 - Dec 2013. Now I'm a little confused why the system says I am eligible to apply under CEC when I was not assigned points for Canadian work experience or is that because of the error i made in my work history. Please give your suggestions as I am considering declining the invitation in order to correct my error.

Are you eligible under FSW? I would contact them before refusing the invitation to point out that you don't have a year of Canadian experience and said so on your profile. They may simply switch your category - they've done that before. Hey - wanna switch with me? I wanted CEC but my invitation is for FSW. ;D

haha.. I did not get for both yet.. Only have 400 points.
But for safety, call them and decline ITA, if you got it for CEC, they will reject it anyways.

Hi Dobes,
Why would you prefer CEC over FSW? The requirements are very similar. Any particular reason you wold rather go with CEC?
