Once you submit your application. CIC will send you a letter of request for the singapore PCC. You need to fill in an application form and send the documents and request letter from cic to SPF(singapore police force). They will mail you the COC which you need to upload to your application
They will give you 60 days time for this, but my suggestion is as soon as you get the request try to do it immediately.
