Hi all,
One of my friend who is living in Canada now got ITA for PR last month and she recently completed her college degree in April. After that degree she that enough points and she got an invitation. I understand she need to show her original graduation certificate and official transcript to the immigration officer. But due to the current situation, the college is closed and can not give out the paper documents. Her invitation will expire in July.
My question is, is it possible to submit the application with just graduation letter and unofficial transcript at this time, and will the immigration officer accept and process it?
Thank you
