do we need medical to get AOR for bowp?

After you get ITA, you will recieve a check list from CIC which indicates you to prepare employment letters, medical test, financial certificate, police certificates etc.....
I don't think that we need medical test to apply BOWP, cuz you might did it after recieved ATI, before apply BOWP, CIC should have your everything at the moment
