Thanks Asivad. Pretty confusing for me. I was reading on some other thread that for some IIM grads, they were given Master's by WES. Is it so inconsistent and left to whims of WES person evaluating !!

I am not sure how to contact CIC/ Local VO.. Can you please guide me on that (I will of-course google). What does Undergraduate Really means ... I tried searching and it throws Undergraduate as Bachelor's degree in Canada.

Unfortunately, a lot of this process is arbitrary with vaguely defined goalposts and (like it or not) luck has an important role to play in determining who gets away with something and who doesn't.

Undergraduate implies a Bachelors degree done after completing school education. In your case, they seem to have indicated that you have 2 such degrees which can further imply that you are completely within your rights to choose 'Two or more..' option but check with CIC before making that choice to avoid any possibilities of rejection.

Hi I got ITA and I am uploading documents. I have also got provinicial nomination from PEI. I have two questions.

1. In documents they are not asking me about PNP certificate. why is that so?

2. Secondly on proof on financial support it is saying
Express Entry – Permanent Residents

If you are applying for permanent residence in Canada, you must provide an official letter issued by your financial institution indicating your financial profile. This must:

list of all your bank (chequing and savings) and investment accounts, the account numbers, dates each account was opened and the balance of each account over the past six months,
list all outstanding debts, such as credit cards and loans,
be printed on the letterhead of the financial institution, and include your name and the contact information of the financial institution (address, telephone number and e-mail address).

We are not supposed to only provide bank statement of current account. Why CIC is asking about so much details?

Not sure. If you've got the 600 additional points, don't bother about this. If you still want to upload this, do that in the LOE section.

CIC wants to know that you have sufficient financial resources (which are not borrowed) to take care of yourself and family (if applicable) while you try to settle down in Canada.

Thanks Avisad. I had written to WES and and have now written to Visa and Immigration Enquiry (delhi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca) - TAT is 30 days as per auto mailer.

However, in CIC there is no option to send a mail. Am I missing anything?

Thanks a Lot. PS: You are right it's luck at the end of the day. But it really pisses off to see this kind of inconsistency. Same degree: Master's or just a Bachelor's (not even intermediate!)

I imagine they do mean banks. You can transfer all the money into 1 account but, in that case, you will still have to prove the sources of all funds coming into that 1 account from various other accounts owned and operated by you. Such proof might include pay stubs, job offer letter mentioning salary details, tax assessment forms, bank statements showing salary credits etc.

If it has all the required funds, Yes. The onus is completely on you to prove that none of those funds are borrowed.

For foreign credentials, upload the ECA report along with degree copy. For Canadian credentials, upload the degree copy along with transcripts (if available).

Same here. They didn't ask for the PNP certificate so no need to upload it. Will do only if asked.

I am not LMO Based but I am working here in Canada (ICT Transferee). Can I upload my employment confirmation letter over here? I have offer letter which I received from my employer before I come to Canada.

Did you answer 'Yes' to the question of 'Do you have a valid job offer in Canada'? If yes, change that to 'No' and this requirement will disappear. The only 'valid' job offer is one which is supported by an LMIA.
