Got instruction to send IMM5669e ( personal declaration) form CIC

Hello all ,

Recently I Got instruction to send IMM5669e ( personal declaration) form CIC, I already sent it for me and my wife, need to know why CIC asked for the same?? Is this normal procedure or they are having some doubts in my application and want to do some cross checks?

Yes, the Visa Offices sometimes request applicants to resend certain forms. Just ensure the information you put in the form is consistent and accurate. All the best.
