I don't know how to withdraw an EE profile someone else has submitted (if that's even possible). I'm sure someone else will comment on that.

Can i sue them for this? i am so pissed that they wasted so much of my time.

kkk suing a lawyer? Not the greatest idea and, on top of that, you will need another lawyer to support your case... You will not see your time neither money back I think, but it's good to let other people know about the company and make them not choose these beggars.
