no not yet... will book once get approval otherwise there will be an issue of cancellation charges and all the crap ..

I have been checking the prices .. didnt change much .. so its okk its around 45-52 k only

Upto almst 30th dec its the same but in jan the prices hike upto 1 lac

i think u should also try to wait till 25th jan and than must book it because if u need to cancel due to any reason which i beleive will not happen but incase .. i m saying so cancellation charges will be around 5000rs but of u book in jan than its goes 50 k up ..

So till 25th book it and try to book around 27-28 around ..

I m gona fly from mumbai and you ..

Because u need time to search an appartment there and than . also the part time job if u wanted to ..

So atleast 1 week prior to classes u should be there to settle downproperly and understand few things ..

Thats what i got instruction from my friends .

I will apply under spp Mohawk collage and they received my fund and today I will get my gic and I'm gonna apply on 9th December

No do not go ahead and show a false income as they could ask for your parents ITR if they require and then there would be aproblem .
Try to show higher funds that could suffice the need .
Do not worry stay positive things will work out well

I havent finalised the apartment I wanted to know how i works if we finalise an apartment do we have to send them the rent in advance and what about pick up from the airport!? How is all that going to be managed I am wondering

well thanks a lot I'm trying to show around 4 lakhs per annum including all member's income and I think its matter of luck
