Got Employment verification . Will I get VISA ?

Hello guys!

I have applied under SPP at VFS Chennai on 27th Oct and It's been 5 weeks now . Got Employment verification done on 25th Nov ,after that there is no update.

Is there any hope for VISA ? r still der is chance of getting rejected ?

how Employment verification done? i mean through mail or call? I have also applied on 28th oct. but no any update till date.

What is the purpose of your coming to Canada? Is it to study or to work? My understanding is that SSP is a Study Permit Program. You would be classified as a Temporary Class applicant who intends to study in Canada. Is your employment verification to verify your income? Please expand. Trying to understand the whole situation.

Applied for Quality assurance program at sheridan college for Jan'17 intake.

Employment verification was to verify that i'm asssociated to the mentioned organisation

They have asked for Designation, Duration of work, Roles & respnsibilities, etc.
