Got email saying ineligible

Hello guys
just got a Cic message saying not eligible for express entry. it's a general message saying not eligible for express entry with the standard reasons. They have not pin pointed the exact reason. Earlier the application was accepted and all criteria had met. There is no change which might make my application ineligible

Was Cec eligible till yesterday and POF was entered as 0.
Experience was from Jan 2013 to may 2014.
Does the Canadian experience makes it ineligible now?

It seems you have 11 months of canadian exp in last 3 years. it shd be 12 months.
