Hello guys,

My story is simply, I got deported from Canada 6 month ago because of misrepresentation.
Now I want to apply US B1/B2 visa and the chances are slim I think.
I used to have US visa but it was revoked due to the misrepresentation.
Just want to get some information about how to successfully apply US visa. I will have invitation letter from a US company saying that I need to get some training in US. That is all.

Thank you everyone!

You would likely be best off posting to a US immigration forum.

Based on your profile, your chances of approval are likely close to nil. Also, I thought a US misrepresentation finding was a lifetime ban.
