got decision made

hi pls help whjat this mean

i opne the ecas status they only mention ny name and my mall adress

they didint but in process or design made
but before 2 weeks it was mention in process since 23jun09

but since 2 wekks nothing only my name and my addrss

now i open website it show decision made, its bad sigh?
any one recive smilir thing?
pls advice

Hi Zakout

I hope this is mistake from the system of the ecas. By the way when did you submit ur full documents? Four months in process then decision made it is unfair really but I hope this is wrong update.

Hello, everyone!
I'm also in the same case.
I'm an Immigrant Applicant under FSWP (Permanent Residence).
Last May 2014, I have been interviewed and on June 2014, I received my Additional Requirement Notice.
My online status states that:

"We received your application for permanent residence on August 16, 2013.
We started processing your application on September 15, 2014.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision".

I'm already in the Decsion Made stage and yet I have not received my Medical and Residence Notice, yet.
Is this a NO chance for me because until now I haven't received anything from the office yet? :'(

Decision made before medical request is not a good sign.
Which one is your visa office ?
How was your interview ? In the end of interview, did visa officer say anything if he is satisfied or unsatisfied ?

Thank you for replying, mabmabs!
I think the interview was okay but she's asking me for more documents to prove my Settlement Fund,
that's why I received my Additional Requirements notice a month after my interview.
I was able to send all the documents she needed, but I have no clue whether she's satisfied or not.
And oh, the VO is in Manila (Philippines).
