Similar to some stories above, I also received my CSQ today very quickly after submission.

February 24, 2020 - Submitted profile to ARRIMA (without VJO)
July 27, 2020 - Added VJO to ARRIMA
September 24, 2020 - Invitation to apply for CSQ
November 12, 2020 - Submitted my documents to MIFI
November 17, 2020 - Confirmation of received documents
November 18, 2020 - CSQ approved (electronic version)

Other notes: US citizen working in Montreal for the last 5 years on closed work permits. Only submitted IELTS results for English.

CAQ friend here got csq. You won't head anywhere with their documents list.
