Got CPR in mail where to land?

Hello everyone I am happy to say I have received my CPR in the mail!

It says my destination is Nanaimo, British Columbia but I was hoping to land in Toronto first to visit a friend before heading to Nanimo in Vancouver. Can I land in Toronto and get my PR papers taken care of there? or do I have to land in Vancouver?

You can land anywhere in Canada, Toronto is fine.
