GOT CAIPS REPORT ...PLEASE GIVE ADVICE

I got my CAIPS report today after my 2 time refusal .
First of all my profile

Myself Jaish.....I m from Anand Vidyanagar Gujrat....far away.

10th(CBSE)= 60%
12th(cbse)= 68%
Bsc nursing in aug 2015 = 59%
IELTS = 6.5 BAND (L=7,S=6.5, R= 6, w= 5.5)
No gap .....2015 to 2016 Aug job as lecturer and 2016aug to Feb 2017 job in another institute as nusing tutor.I applied *NO GAP*.....*NO BACKLOG*
... applied in Lambton college
ADVANCED HEALTHCARE LEADERSHIP course (PG course)
PG certificate 2year course
Got 2 time rejection
Same reason they mention "OTHER REASON"
"OTHER REASON"
GIC fees paid
First semester fees paid
Fund shows of 7.30 lack
Father army retired gov job in bank security guard...

24year old single male from Gujrat seeking to pursue 2year post graduate in health care leadership. PA graduate from bachelor of nursing in July 2015 and has been employed in the workforce since September 2015. Does not appear logical to leave paid employment to pursue further studies at this time given the great expense. I further note that while he passed his IELTS, he scored 5.5 in writing and he passed his previous studies mostly in secound class, with many courses below 60% average. Give this, I have concerns with PA ability to be sucessful in future studies. Previous refusal and SOP considered. Based on the above, on balance, I am not satisfied that proposed studies are reasonable in light of qualifications/educational background. I am not satisfied this applicant is bona fide student. Weighing the information on hand in this specific case , the application failed to establish that they are a bona fide temporary resident who will leave Canada following the completion of thier studies pursuant to section R216(1)(b) of IRPA. Refused .

My friend got visa though he was working in one of the most reputed industries of india...he had second class in bachelor but first class in master ..still he got visa ..he did pg diploma in canada...I don't know how they see different cases..it is so contradictory.

Unfortunately the VO is little stricter in your case. But, it is manageable. Dont give up. Here's what you should do-

1. Rewrite IELTS, get 6.5 with no less than 6 in each section.
2. Explain why bad grades won't affect your study. Pick up courses you did well and relate them to the future program's coursework. You may explain how scoring system is strict in your university. if possible provide a percentile assessment of your grades from University.
3. Ask your employer to write a letter saying they will hire you (or consider hiring you, if possible with promotion) when you finish this study. Show further possibilities of improvement in your job prospect in INDIA after you complete this course (higher payment, promotion, more reputable institute etc.) Explain the same in details in your LOE.
You may post your LOE here in the forum. Members can help you to improve it.
4. You may have to ask deferral from University, plan accordingly.

Currently i have change the course and college
Course = DSW (developmental Service worker) diploma course
College = Durham
Is this helpful ....is this make some advantage.
Because it's requirement is less overall 6 and not less than 5.5
And the subject which this course has relevant to my complete studies subject as I compare I got 60% above .
Just overall I have 59 %
But I can't change that which is possible is....IELTS ...more as much I can

Even with changed course, you should do 1, 2, 3, 4 I mentioned. If that's the case, only benefit you get in new course is better grade in one subject. Whereas you risk the suspicion of the VO that you are not genuine student. Is that risk worth taking? It is a personal decision and no one else can help you with that.

Bro your advice worthy ....it's abousulty 110% obvious to do.
But .....I can do rest of every thing accept ...IELTS improving.....is that ok.
1. I will explain about my bad grades ...and the reason. Also the grades which I had and relavent to my studies is above 60%>
2. I will explain about job which paying me less salary and post didn't giving me promotion till I upgrade myself. And also mention that I will rejoin the me employment after completion of my studies.
3. Now, as I say I change the course and college and why change I aslo clearify.so, no need of defferal .
But I will made strong Justification.

As he have clearly mentioned about your low IELTS score. So if you plan to re-apply for permit make sure to re-write the IELTS exam too.

But now I have changed and selected diploma course who's requirement is 6 not less than 5.5 .

I have low grade in some subject or course .....but people having backlog and Atkt still they got visa.
How this so.

As he have clearly mentioned about your low IELTS score. So if you plan to re-apply for permit make sure to re-write the IELTS exam too.

Go to good consultancy...you are from anand..there are numerous good consultancies in baroda also which is nearer to anand..you can visit them before reapplying..you should imrove what VO has told in CAIPS especially IELTS 5.5 score in writing...I will advice you not to go for diploma as you are already graduate..go for any other pg diloma which is related to your course..many post graduate people have got visa on the basis of pg diloma admission also as I already mentioned..it depends on VO ..nothing can be said ..if you want, I can tell you the name of consultancy also where you can go to evaluate your case..they don't take single rupee if you process from there..

Yess....brooo Currently I made 2 important decision that
1) preparing for IELTS again to get 7 band not less than 6 at least.
2) on the otherside I m apply and submiting my visa file to Durham college on 27 month .

Further more my first decision, I would say I need to improve in writing which I got 5.5 and I want to achieve 6 at least which is not a big deal I have free time till my Durham visa approval which takes 2 months....so, if I get visa I fly on to Canada . Otherwise, reappear for IELTS to get desire band as mentioned and apply in University so, my visa chance more and 90% I will get visa

Secoundly, the decision submitting file again to Durham is that I have change my course to diploma who's requirement is overall 6 not less than 5.5 whereas I have 6.5 and in writing 5.5. so, about the job I will mention , I can't change my academic marks but can mention that my desire college and course core subject related subject in acdemic have 60% above .so, there is an hope for my visa 50%-50% in this decion while in first it's 90%.

In balance I will say, I want to try in both the ways .
Let the luck or grace of God showers then surely I will get visa in this August or for next university surely I get.

Bro can you please guide me how to get caips notes. Did you applied yourself for that or anybody else applied for you nd what information do we need to get caips. I got refusal at 2014 and i am reapplying now but i want to get caips first. Can you please guide me. Thanks
