Got AOR, no update on medical and its been over 45 days

I got the confirmation (AOR) and haven't got any update after that. My friends who applied before me got the update atleast for medical within a month, meanwhile mine has been about a month and 20 days yet no update whatsoever.
I know the timeline on cic states 3 months but was wondering if there could be anything wrong or any way to follow up or track the application

There is no way of following up except for calling IRCC and talking with an agent. But i am sure it is too early in your case to raise a request. Everyone's file is handled differently and have different time lines for the process. I would suggest you to be patient as you will receive the update soon

It will help you follow others with similar timelines and also compare your progress relative to theirs.

Have you tried calling your panel physician to see if any additional testing is required?
