Got an Offer from Feximco for Temporary foriegn Worker Visa .Is it genuine????

I applied through a consultancy for TFWP through Feximco inc.The Website looks pretty much fake.But They have sent me offer letter with embassy's seal on it.Its been 4 months already,still the recruiter is not able to show any proof of him applying for me.I have attached a link of the offer letter he has given(

Fraud. Search for "Feximco" on this forum and you'll find tons of threads with bad experiences. Hope you haven't paid them any money yet.

I have paid them 2.3 lakhs INR. Damn!!,my time is wasted as well as my money .My dream of going to canada is crushed. :-[
