got admission in fdu in global health and human services program

hi,i have done bachelors of physiotherapy and i have got offer letter from fdu ,vancouver for the program ' global health and human services administration ' what are the chances of getting visa in this program ?

other thing is as i have got GIC ...do i need to show extra funds or immovable assets in my study permit application ?
