As per past applicant timeline, we should be getting an update like eligibility/ Pre-arrival next year first quarter. Then COPR at the end of 2025.

I AM A VICTIM OF CRIME HERE IN NYC AND MY ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS IS STILL PENDING WITH USCIS .I WAS GRANTED U VISA .DUE TO HUGE BACKLOG IT WILL TAKE ANOTHER 5 years.as I am not feeling safe and comfortable due to flashbacks of incident in which I get badly injured.

I want to move to Canada .any advice at this stage to file asylum or refugee at airport…..please help if I am on wrong path
