Got a study permit approval (Nov 14th) but have yet to receive PPR

Applied: May 7th
Biometrics: May 8th
Medical: July 14th
Preliminary stage approval: August 15th
DLI approved: Oct 20th
Correspondence letter/Study permit approval with issued Electronic Travel Authorisation: Nov 14th.

Anyone going through the same thing? Approved but no passport request?

Oh! I’m so confused because I saw a thread with Singaporeans who’ve applied for their study permit and receiving a passport request letter. My visa application centre told me to wait for my passport request letter as well (before I was approved). It seems like the step of requesting passport comes before the approval? However during my initial application, I provided comprehensive scanned copies of my passport both (current and expired). Not sure if this is what sets me apart of if there’s an actual glitch. Can’t help but worry :’)
