Got a question I am at Islington right beside subway station where would be my local office be for citizenship application ?

Beside the subway station? Check around that area it shouldn't be too far

Maybe this one:

Toronto (Etobicoke)
5343 Dundas Street West, 3rd Floor
Toronto, ON
M9B 6K5

Call the call centre and ask them.

ok thanks a lot but i am like very interested for my citizenship file to be transferred to Mississauga Glen Erin office so it can be processed very quick..

any thoughts and ideas would I qualify for living nearby islington subway station ?

I could be wrong but Islington subway station falls under the jurisdiction of city of Toronto. Now if you can get tge city of Toronto to give up that area to city of Missisauga so that your citizenship falls under Glen Erin office that would be a little tough. Alternatively if you move to the core of city of Missisauga then you stand a better chance. Good luck

Islington is in Etobicoke (Toronto). You need to move to Mississauga if you want your file processed in Mississauga.

How do you find your nearest location? I search the service ontario website and some list the services they offer.. what am i looking for exactly? thanks

It could be scarborough too.

I live downtown and I got allocated to mississauga. My friend lives west of me on the water and got it in Scarborough.

Just apply and don't worry about it. Don't move for the sake of getting a speedy application.

Things like RQ or fingerprint request can screw things up too.

Applications from GTA end up in either St Clair, Scarborough or Mississauga.
It's CIC which decides where your papers are processed. You don't have the choice.

It seems pretty variable. I live right downtown, near the CN tower. St Clair is my closest office. But my application was forwarded to Mississauga. So I'm not sure how they determine where exactly to send applications to.

Wow Keesio! I live by the CN Tower toooooo...I really hope the same happens to me :) I would love to have a fast application to Mississauga :)
