I am H1B visa holder. I applied under h1B nomination program. My timeline is as follows:

sent application AINP: Feb 7
Ainp recieved: feb 9
file number recieved: march 20
File number XXXX XX X 116X
yesterday got a call from AINP

Office asked me to provide labor petition. I am a software tester and originally worked with Lockheed Martin and presently I am working with CACI as 2173. I don't have good relation with HR of lockheed martin and AINP officer needs the petition filed by Lockeed martin. Please help.....

IMO you should use the current labor petition and discuss the situation with AINP staff.

You should have received a copy of your labor petition when you joined them. Have you changed you job? If yes, then get you latest Labour petition and submit that saying that yo uhave changed your job since applying. All the best.

So, I am worried what I get in mail next month. Thank you so much. I again explained the whole thing to PNP and luckily the officer also happened to be a guy so was already more flexibile than a bitc*h female officer. He accepted CACI petition and everything is cool.
