Thanks for all replies and good wishes.

Mail came by regular postage, not courier.

Also, I noticed that the review process was really quick. When I checked the online status, I saw that they started review on the 7th of April and sent the medical request the next day! I did have my file very organised and actually sent it in a folder with plastic dividers so that it was easy to find any particular section.
