got 6.5 overall but 5.5 in one module .... please suggest

Overall Band score of 6.5, with no band less than 6.0

Hey there.....i got offer letter from there....with 6.5 overall and 5.5 in speaking....in bachelor of computer science (4year course)

can anyone suggest me should i apply / retake?? And if i can apply which colleges would be there for me

I got 6 overall and not less than 6 each band(writing 6.5). I got conditional offer from Concordia University for MENG in Industrial Engineering for winter intake. However, I am going to seat IELTS this month. But I want to apply for SP before that. Is there any problem for that? I will mention in SOP that couldn't seat for IELTS due to Covid situation. However, my profile is good in other terms. Please suggest.
