got 6.5 overall band in IELTS, am i eligible?

Hello Guys, I got my score today.

Listening 6.5
Reading 6
Writing 5.5
Speaking 7
Overall Band 6.5

I am applying for PR under CEC (Software engineer).

for this score I am getting 10 out of 16 points in IELTS points calculator.

i am i eligible? or do i need to take the test again? please help.

If you got more than 5.5 IELTS test, you should be eligible.
