Got 0 points for canadian education even though I filled in that I graduated from a canadian uni with a degree?

I submitted my Express Entry profile.

It didn't give me 30 points for a canadian education, even though I put in the form that I graduated from a canadian institution and received a degree.

Anyone else running into this issue? What to do in this case? Should I resend a new application or submit a form about an error?

The error is on your side. You have answered one or more questions incorrectly in your EE profile. Review all of the questions again in detail, along with your responses. If you cannot find the error you have made, then you will need to post all of the questions related to education from your EE profile here along with your responses.
