gor passport dispatch mail but no approval mail...is it ok?

hey frens..my best frn got passport dispatch mail today,..but he dint get ny approval mail..is it common thing? reply me pls m tensed fr him

dont worry,, its very common,, applicants have got an approval mail the next day or even after getting their pp.. wait till the pp arrives and youll know for urself,, best of luck
