I have spent hours reading threads on here and still am not completely sure what I am supposed to do. I am the sponsor & my husband is a US citizen and we are almost finished with our outland application. My husband should be receiving his CoPR this week, and we plan to do a soft landing Dec 23 when we fly into Halifax for Christmas, but won't be officially moving for a few more months. I have heard different opinions on whether we actually need to bring a list of goods to follow, but I think I will to avoid confusion if we don't as I don't want to run into issues. However, when we officially move we will be driving our truck with a uhaul trailer. So of course we will list it on our goods to follow, but will they give us any problems since we will be importing it at a later date? Also we won't actually be bringing anything and leaving it there, so I shouldn't need an items accompanying list? Some insight from anyone who has done this would be great! It is only 3 weeks away and I want to make sure I do everything right!
