Goods List when arriving

I am moving to canada in may and i am wondering how i make up my goods list.
Do i have to list every item of clothing? Or do you only list more important stuff?
Are there proper forms to do this? Or do you just make your own up?

I followed the same and had no issues. In fact, officers at border were very impressed because of the preparation. BIG thanks to gentlemen who spared some time for us to write such detailed instructions.
